Lou Maiuri has been appointed head of State Street Corporation’s Global Exchange business, State Street announced recently.
Maiuri, an executive vice president, has been with State Street, a financial services holdng company based in Boston, since 2013. He previously held various positions with BNY Mellon.
Paul Fleming, senior vice president, will assume Maiuri’s former responsibilities leading the securities finance group, where he will be responsible for the global strategic direction and operations of both the agency and principal lending programs.
