United Capital Financial Advisors is expanding into two new states with the acquisition of two firms, the company announced Monday.
Newport Beach, Calif.-based United Capital has acquired CS Capital Management Inc. of Indianapolis and PRI Investments Inc. of Chapel Hill, N.C. The two firms have combined assets under management of $625 million.
The team joining from CS Capital Management is Mike Surenkamp and Roel Carandang, both of whom will be managing directors at United Capital. Andrew Blass, managing director of PRI Investments, also joins as a partner.
