WHV Investment Management has named Jessica Pickens head of relationship management. Previously, Pickens was managing director of client relations at Janus Capital Group and she served as principal, client services, with State Street Global Advisors prior to that.
Scott Blankenship was named head of intermediary sales. Previously, Blankenship was a senior vice president and head of distribution and marketing for Steelpath Capital Management, now a unit of Oppenheimer Funds.
