The bond investor said the Fed's ‘higher-for-longer' strategy posed a negative risk to future growth.
The DoubleLine Capital CEO said that recent labor data suggests the economy wasn't as strong as many believe.
"A temporary system-wide deposit guarantee is needed to stop the bleeding," he wrote.
