In a time marked by numerous cancellations and postponements of entertainment events due to the coronavirus, the Alliance for Lifetime Income today endorsed the postponement of the Rolling Stones' upcoming 15-show "No Filter" U.S. tour.

“The Alliance has closely monitored the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its effect on communities across the country," the organization said in a statement. "We support the Rolling Stones’ decision to postpone the No Filter U.S tour and think it is in the best interest of millions of Stones fans and public health. We look forward to getting back out on the road with the Rolling Stones as soon as we can to educate the fans about the need for protected lifetime income in retirement.”

The tour, which was scheduled to start May 8 in San Diego, is sponsored by the Alliance for Lifetime Income, a non-profit educational organization based in Washington, D.C., that promotes a message about the value of having protected income in retirement.
