CRM Software has announced the release of Junxure-i version 6.0, the latest incarnation of their popular office management system. Version 6.0 includes a multitude of enhancements to existing features, as well as the addition of some important new features.
A new Graphical Planning Work Status Report offers the ability to view the status of every process within the office. The report, which is in spreadsheet format, offers the ability to "drill down" for further details related to displayed items. A new Actions Report Wizard offers additional reporting capabilities. Significant enhancements have been made to e-mail usability, MS Outlook integration and synchronization, and mail merge.
"We are extremely proud of this release," said CRM Software Vice President Greg Friedman. "We've listened to users and delivered the new features that they have requested. Version 6.0 improves both office productivity and client service."
In conjunction with the release, CRM Software has announced the availability of an extensive video training library. Currently, over 50 short training videos are available. More are expected in the future.
