Aspiriant, a national wealth management firm based in Los Angeles with $15 billion in AUM, has appointed seven new partners to the firm’s ownership group, the firm announced yesterday.

The appointments span the geographic areas where the firm has a major presence. Aspiriant has 230 team members, 75 of whom are partners in the employee-owned firm.

“Becoming a partner is a representation of our firm's future and further drives the transformation we are working to achieve in the wealth management industry,” Rob Francais, co-founder and CEO of Aspiriant, said in a statement. “Being entirely independent and employee-owned increases the strength of our organization, but more importantly, improves our alignment with our people and clients from both a professional and relational perspective."

The new partners are Ami Aranha, director of wealth management in San Diego; Lindsay Fleming, director of investment operations in Austin; Shanda Gentry, managing director of compliance and records and chief compliance officer in Cincinnati; Summer Hammons, chief people officer in Los Angeles; Jordan Overby, director of Wealth Management in San Francisco; Jan Vega, director of wealth management in Los Angeles; and Wendy Wildey, director of project management in San Diego.
