Two brothers managing about $460 million in assets have moved from Wells Fargo to RBC Wealth Management in Wellesley, Mass., according to an announcement from RBC Wealth.

The three-member Heald Wealth Management Group specializes in retirement income planning and asset management for wealthy individuals, families and trusts, the announcement noted.

The brothers, Timothy Heald and Andrew Heald, both serve as senior vice president and financial advisors. They spent 13 years at Wells Fargo, according to their BrokerCheck profiles. Andrew Heald began his career at Putnam Retail Management Limited Partnership in 2004, and Timothy Heald started his career in 1997, also at Putnam Retail Management Limited Partnership. They are joined by Elyse Slotnick, a senior client associate who has more than 25 years of experience in the industry.

“We were looking for a firm with all the resources, tools and support our team needs to service the complex financial needs of our clients, and we found that in RBC Wealth Management,” the brothers said in a statement. “The firm’s global financial strength and stability, coupled with its unique advisor-friendly culture, make it the right place for our team and our clients.”

David Milowe, director of RBC Wealth Management’s Wellesley branch, said the branch has grown consistently over the past five years as RBC has continued to attract talented, high-quality teams like the Heald Wealth Management Group. “The Heald team brings top-tier service to every one of their clients and are very active in their local community. They’re an excellent fit for RBC,” he added.
