Radnor, Pa.-based eMoney Advisor announced on Wednesday an expansion of its onboarding, training and coaching services.
eMoney’s Getting Started Program, now available to all new eMoney clients, offers advisors personalized onboarding and strategically aligned training resources to help them become acclimated to the eMoney system.
“We realize no two clients have the same exact needs or learning styles. The Getting Started Program enables us to provide personalized learning at scale and ensures our clients get the most of the eMoney platform fronewm day one," said Frank Tropiano, head of client services at eMoney Advisor, in released comments.
In the Getting Started Program, new advisors are paired with an eMoney expert who create curricula based on the technology’s tools and core concepts combined with the advisor’s specific needs. The curricula, branded as “learning journeys,” combine core concepts sessions, which teach the fundamentals of eMoney’s platform, and coaching sessions, which expand on core concepts via one-on-one learning with a dedicated expert.
Topics covered in core concepts and coaching sessions include:
- Navigating the eMoney system
- Optimizing data aggregation
- Data entry efficiencies
- Rolling out the client portal
- Advanced planning and interactive tools
- Building and presenting a plan
In an interview with Financial Advisor, Tropiano explained that core concepts sessions are where new eMoney clients embark on their journey using the platform, while coaching sessions focus more on applying the core concepts within real-life scenarios.
Tropiano also described the new onboarding program in greater detail, explaining that, overall, "the program accelerates the time for advisors to get up and running."
Whilethe Getting Started Program was developed in advance of and completely independently from the recent outbreak of coronavirus, Tropiano said that the streamlined, easier to use onboarding will help advisors taking advantage of a free offer recently announced by eMoney.
