A team of advisors from RBC Capital Markets has affiliated with LPL Strategic Wealth Services to launch a new independent practice, Adara Wealth Management, according to an announcement today from LPL.
Advisors George Chardukian, Adam Goldstein and Maria Peralta managed about $380 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets. Also joining them is Amy Montiel, client service concierge. The firm will use LPL’s broker-dealer, corporate RIA and custodial platforms while also receiving ongoing business management services and support from LPL.
Chardukian, who founded the Tucson, Ariz.-based firm, has been in the industry since 1982. According to the announcement, he hired Goldstein as a college intern, which led to his full-time employment after graduation. The news release also noted that Chardukian mentored Goldstein over the years, “thinking long-term about his business and his clients and establishing the path for succession.” Goldstein is co-founder and president of Adara.
Adara is the fifth team to join LPL Strategic Wealth Services since the affiliation model was launched earlier this year. The model helps firms launch by aiding them in sourcing real estate, financial budgeting, creating new brands and moving their business to the LPL platform.
