A former Wells Fargo advisor and his team have affiliated with LPL Strategic Wealth Services to launch his new independent practice, River’s Edge Wealth Partners, according to an LPL announcement today.

Founded by Anthony “Tony” Frigoletto, the Red Bank, N.J.-based firm will use LPL’s broker-dealer, corporate RIA and custodial platforms while also receiving ongoing business management services and support from LPL.

Frigoletto’s team includes vice president and financial advisor Jayeeta Choudhury; Frigoletto's wife, Nicole Adler-Frigoletto, director of planning; and three office support members. They provide financial planning, investment management, philanthropic guidance, and education for the firm’s client base of professionals, including many doctors, small business owners and affluent families. They manage about $500 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets, the release said.

Frigoletto said in a statement that the move to LPL allows him to use more strategic partners that can help provide his clients with greater holistic service.

The team is housed in a former elementary school on Mechanic Street in Red Bank. The space has been renovated to reflect a modern look while retaining its industrial feel, the release said. Frigoletto said they were drawn to this location for its historical charm, which captures the spirit of the city’s commercial and educational transformation and creates a perfect venue for the firm’s unveiling.

LPL Strategic Wealth Services helps firms launch by aiding them in sourcing real estate, creating new brands and moving their business to the LPL platform.

Rich Steinmeier, LPL Financial's managing director and divisional president of business Development, said the River’s Edge team "have invested years into growing meaningful relationships and have found themselves at a point where they are ready to step into their fullest potential.”
