Minneapolis-based Ameriprise Financial announced today that Jupiter, Fla.-based Roberto Vargas has joined from J.P. Morgan Securities, where he managed more than $100 million in client assets.
Vargas, a 19-year veteran of the financial services industry, will join Centennial Financial Services, a financial advisory practice within the Ameriprise Financial Institutions Group in Jupiter, Fla.

Centennial Financial Services operates with $1.5 billion in combined brokerage assets within Centennial Bank branches in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida and New York. It currently boasts a 25-member advisor team.
