BNY Wealth Management, headquartered in New York City, has appointed Joe Swiderski to the position of senior director, wealth manager in Cleveland, Ohio, the company announced in a news release.

In his new role, Swiderski will manage portfolios amd provide strategic planning and advice to ultra-high-net-worth families and private foundations. He will report to Ron Ulle, senior director, portfolio management.

Swiderski most recently served as senior portfolio manager for Huntington National Bank, where he also worked as senior client advisor. He has also served as a private banker at Key Private Bamk and a financial analyst at McDonald Financial Group, a division of Key Bank.

Swiderski received both a B.S. degree in economics and a M.B.A. degree from the University of Louisville. He is a CFA charterholder and a CFP professional.
