YGC Launches Capital Growth Fund for Blockchain Companies

Blockchain companies have a friend in Yeoman’s Growth Capital (YGC). YGC, located in Austin, Texas, has introduced what it describes as the world’s first growth capital fund to focus exclusively on blockchain technology aimed at institutional investors.

The growth capital private equity fund is seeking to raise $200 million to invest in established blockchain technology companies, predominantly in the areas of security token issuance and the creation of new protocols to scale up operations for a broader user base. The fund has an average holding period of nine to 18 months for portfolio companies.

Advyzon to Expand Integration with TD Ameritrade Platform

Advyzon, an all-in-one, cloud-based financial advisor technology platform, will be expanding its integration with TD Ameritrade Institutional’s next-generation advisor platform, Veo One.

Advisors will be able to use the Veo One wizard’s fully digitized application programming interface for CRM and portfolio management systems to push Advyzon CRM data to auto-populate account opening forms without the need for third-party document management and e-signature applications.

Advyzon, located in Chicago, will provide streamlined on-boarding capabilities through the Veo One New Account Opening Wizard to all current Advyzon clients and to all RIAs who custody assets with TD Ameritrade Institutional, headquartered in Omaha, Neb.
