Kraner LLC has joined LPL Financial LLC by partnering with Independent Network of Consultants & Advisors (INC Advisors), an existing large enterprise serving LPL-affiliated advisors, LPL announced on Monday.
The Kraner team was formerly with Voya Financial Advisors, where members managed more than $200 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets.
Born in Latvia, CEO and President Vladislav (Vlad) Zherenovsky founded the Montvale, N.J.-based firm in 2010 and named it in honor of his mother, whose maiden name was Kraner. His team also includes wealth advisor Nicholas Choman and four support staff members, including a certified public accountant to help advisors with tax loss harvesting and tax prep, according to the release.
Headquartered in Fort Mill, S.C., San Diego and Boston, LPL Financial LLC is the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer.
