Pennsylvania Trust has hired Jeffrey L. Biberman as vice president, tax services; William C. Madeira as vice president, portfolio management; and Ryan J. McDonald as vice president, fixed income.

Biberman will be responsible for tax planning, compliance and tax preparation services for the firm’s tax, trust and wealth management clients. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust, Biberman was vice president with Glenmede Trust Company for 17 years. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Madeira will work with clients as a wealth management advisor. He will also be a member of the firm’s investment policy, strategy and security team. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust, Madeira worked for Glenmede Trust Company as an advisor to high net worth families. He earned a bachelor's degree in history from Trinity College in Hartford. Madeira is currently enrolled in an MBA program at Villanova University.

McDonald will be a member of a team responsible for identifying and implementing the firm’s taxable and tax-exempt fixed income strategy within the individual bond portions of client portfolios. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust, he worked for both RBS Greenwich Capital and Stifel Nicolaus. McDonald received his bachelor's degree in economics from Drew University in Madison, N.J.
