Pentegra, headquartered in White Plains, N.Y., has appointed Bruce D. Harrington as vice president, strategic development, the company announced in a news release.

In his new role, Harrington will head Pentegra’s strategic and business development efforts. He will report directly to Matthew P. Mintzer, executive vice president.

Prior to joining Pentegra, Harrington worked as an industry consultant. He previously worked in senior leadership positions at John Hancock Financial Network, LPL Financial and Putnam Investments. Harrington has a B.A. degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. degree from Suffolk University.

Founded by the Federal Home Loan Bank System in 1943, Pentegra offers financial retirement planning, fiduciary outsourcing and financial planning services to clients nationwide.
