For customers who want to resell their DVD diamonds back to Van Zwam, the firm says it charges the owner no fee for profit up to 5 percent. Above that, it charges a 0.25 percent fee, which is capped at a maximum 10 percent. For those who have owned their diamonds for less than a year, Van Zwam charges a 5 percent fee or 0.25 percent of profit, whichever is greater.
