An ex-Wells Fargo team in Waukesha, Wis., managing more than $325 million in client assets has joined Raymond James & Associates, according to a statement from RJA.
James Alioto, managing director of investments, and Florence Alioto-Prospero, senior investment portfolio associate, operate as father-daughter team Alioto Wealth Management Group of Raymond James. Joining them is Darlene McGregor, senior registered client service associate.
The release said James Alioto has 48 years of experience in the financial services industry, and Alioto-Prospero brings 19 years of experience. McGregor has more than 37 years of experience in the financial services industry, the release noted.
In a statement, Alioto said Raymond James just felt like the right place for the team after it did its due diligence. “We felt that here we have access to the perfect combination of support as advisors as well as greater options and technology offerings for our clients. The family-like culture was an added bonus—we truly feel comfortable here.”
John Kuklenski, northern division director for RJA, said Alioto Wealth is an excellent addition to Raymond James, as the new team has demonstrated a commitment to caring for clients.
St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Raymond James has approximately 8,000 financial advisors throughout the U. S., Canada and overseas. Total client assets are $838 billion.
