Tactical Allocation Group has hired Gene Katz as chief development officer. Katz will oversee TAG's strategy and operations for corporate development and sales. He will also serve on the executive management committee and head up finance at the firm. Katz was formerly an investment banker at William Blair & Co., where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions within the financial services industry.
