JTL Wealth Partners, a Plano, Texas, firm with $250 million in brokerage and advisor assets, has joined LPL Financial’s broker-dealer and corporate registered investment advisor custodial platforms, the company announced.

The firm, founded by Jimmy Lee in 1994, was previously with Waddell & Reed Financial, the release said.

Lee is joined by Bellann Hyten, president and COO; Albert Gonzalez, senior vice president and partner; Harry Grant, chief strategy officer and executive partner; Chris Mankoff, chief portfolio strategist; four licensed financial professionals; and an office support staff member.

The team provides comprehensive wealth strategies with a personalized approach to their client base of business owners, executives and families, the companies said. Their goal is, “For clients to be better with us than without,” Lee said in a statement.

JTL cited as among the reasons for its switch LPL's integrated ClientWorks platform and its end-to-end M&A platform, which helps advisors navigate through all aspects of a deal from valuation to integration, will help them execute on their growth strategy, the release noted.
